Our Restaurant

Chef ‘Hans Poppelaars’ favours the virtues of bio ! Organic products, locally found are cooked as per the availability of producers in the region and adjusted per season.

Various formulas of menus including a changing seasonal menu and a great variety of vegetarian dishes are offered to you.

Very attentive to the well-being and the health of our customers, special attention is paid to the problems of food intolerances and allergic people (gluten, lactose…).

Possibility to privatise the restaurant for the organisation of events (family reunions and/or company events, end of year celebrations…). We propose menu selections in line with your needs and requests.

Our Restaurant, an ‘Etape-Gourmande’ offers a seasonal cuisine, authentic and tasty.

The lounge

The Lounge with its comfortable sofas and armchairs, is the ideal place to relax, read, enjoy homemade pastries, start your evening with an aperitif or finish your meal with a good digestif.

The chef's table

A large pretty table, open to the kitchen.

This room is ideal for your family celebrations, communions, birthdays or other’s and also for business meals.

The corner Auberge

We serve you our ‘Menu Auberge‘, a quick two course formula at the price of €40 (Starter and Main course or Main course and desert). You can compose your own menu from a selection of entries and main dishes, all in ‘countryside’ style, according to the availabilities of fresh, organic products of our suppliers of the greater region. This formula is served lunch and dinner from wednesday through friday, except public holidays,  and can be enjoyed both in the cozy athmosphere of the ‘Salon Rouge’ and on our terrace.
